We, Heather & Jason had a vision to get out of the corporate world and begin working for ourselves. We started a culinary consulting company in 2018 and have had the pleasure of working with so many great clients all over the country. We have been grateful to be a part of a hospitality community for over 30 years each, it's all we've ever known. We’ve worked in restaurants, helped open restaurants, consulted for culinary teams, trained teams, worked with small spots and big corporations – you name it! Through Blade & Tine we have had the honor of working all over the country – at well-known tech companies, chain corporate restaurant, fast food joints, private homes, private yachts, farms, beaches, mountains, and everything in between. These experiences have given us so much respect and appreciation for preparing and cooking for the people we love and our community. We can’t wait to continue to share our experiences through food with you at our very first brick & mortar. 

The Shop:

We are Graze Street AMI. Our shop is located on Anna Maria Island (the gem on Florida). We believe in supporting local producers, small batch products and women owned businesses.  

Our chef-driven modern market will offer artisan sandwiches, flavorful salads, sweet treats, cheese, charcuterie, specialty spices, small batch olive oils, jam, honey, flowers, and so much more. We believe that offering the best ingredients is as important to you as it is to us, we know there are no substitutes for quality.
